We have advised on transactions in power sector across various jurisdictions such as India, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Senegal, Sao Tome and Maldives. We represent diverse stakeholders in energy sector on a range of issues. We have worked with government and international agencies such as World Bank and IFC in drafting of standard bid documents in PPP projects, advised regulatory bodies in drafting of legislations, policies and regulations, advised private clients on their commercial transactions, and represented clients in disputes in various regulatory forums, courts and arbitrations.
